Spinach and cottage cheese (freshly made) cooked with fresh herbs and spices.

Aubergines baked in the tandoor seasoned and cooked with onions, garlic and tomatoes.
Subzi Kofta
Mixed vegetable balls prepared with fresh vegetables in a fine curry. A dish worth trying!
