Great place, amazing food, very friendly prices and amazing staff

Such a lovely team here, smiling, friendly and super tasty pizzas!

Onwijs slechte ontvangst waarbij de hele zaak vol zat met een verjaardag. We werden aan een tafel gezet bij de deur in de tocht. Dit geweigerd, vervolgens zitten we tussen 2 tafels in opgepropt. Je kon niet eens bewegen. Ook kregen we een verbrande pizza. Kortom een hele nare ervaring

Had an amazing experience at this pizza place! The pizzas were absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and full of flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Service was quick, and everyone had a great attitude, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best pizza spots around — can’t wait to come back again!

Met z'n vieren lekkere pizza gegeten in dit kleine, leuke (soms chaotisch) restaurant. Je waant je echt in Napels.

We were redirected to their other location across the train tracks, away from the nice town atmosphere, and the venue didn’t feel as pleasant as the one we expected. Service began fine, but my vegetarian pizza arrived with bacon. When we pointed it out, the chef initially doubted it, then touched the pizza with his fingers before taking it back and making a new one. We did receive a replacement for free, and our waiter was kind and tried to make up for it, but the food handling and the mix-up really spoiled the experience. Disappointing overall.

I liked everything about the restaurant. Service, vibe, food and drinks. Definitely would recommend. But pay attention where you make the reservation, because we made a reservation for Mariastraat, but it was actually on the Van Sijpensteijnkade

everyone talks about the absolutely delicious pizza but i must say amazing tiramisu

We kwamen met z’n zessen eten en hadden 1 uur en 15 minuten de tijd. Dat is krap, maar gelukkig was het personeel vlot en stond het eten snel op tafel. En eten was echt lekker! Alles was goed en opschriften smaak. Klein minpunt: de tafel had een instabiel middenstuk dat bij een onhandige beweging als een soort katapult werkte… met als gevolg dat één van ons onder de limoncello zat. Dat was even minder feestelijk. Service was goed, maar hopelijk wordt dat tafeltje nog even nagekeken.

We hebben lekker gegegeten, snelle bediening! Wel beetje luide muziek had iets zachter gemogen.

Het was erg lekker. Ze geven alleen wel 2 keer aan dat je maar een uur de tafel hebt.

The music was too loud for inside and we could barely hear the waiter. Also, we ordered a double and they brought a single. Finally, the tiramisu was so soft and falling apart.

We couldnt join the table because our group was not complete. We needed to wait outside and when our group was complete, we only had one hour timeslot which was not shared before. We felt very rushed.

I understand the need for the time limit but it did feel a bit like I had to scarf down my pizza to be within the time constraints, but I think I'll try to book for a less busy night in future to work around this. This is my only complaint. Lovely food, lovely staff, excellent service and they work marvelously with what they've been given.

We were first at the wrong restaurant (I forgot to read my email about the new location of the restaurant) but they didn't mind we were a bit later. The atmosphere is cozy, the food is great, the service is good! We had a lovely evening with very delicious pizza, for a great price!

Heerlijke pizza’s, erg vriendelijke bediening. Hoewel het een maandagavond was, was het er wel erg druk maar uiteindelijk hadden we daar geen last van.

Mooi authentiek Italiaans restaurant met de beste pizza's van Utrecht

Gereserveerd voor de locatie Mariastraat omdat daar in een houtoven gebakken wordt. Zonder opgaaf van redenen werden we verplaatst naar de (nieuwe) locatie op de Van Sijpesteijnkade. Wat daarbij niet werd vermeld is dat daar niet in een houtoven gebakken wordt, waardoor de pizza niet nèt dat speciale heeft. Personeel vriendelijk en vlot, deeg van de pizza goed en luchtig, vulling in orde, maar de smaak van het geheel door de elektrische- of gasoven tamelijk gewoon. Voelde me nogal gepakt en niet serieus behandeld. Alsof er geen Nederlanders zijn die het verschil kunnen proeven. Tamelijk teleurstellend dus, zij zullen ons niet meer terug zien temidden van (ook nog eens) al die herrie.

Good food and very friendly service. We arrived on time and had plenty of time to eat.

Super busy restaurant, it was delicious. We were able to place our order after 30 minutes sitting and waiting on the table. I would try on a different time when less busy. I received an email asking me to go another branch than the one I booked through the site, 700 meters distance was okey for us.

Bij aankomst werden wij doorverwezen naar een andere vestiging bij het centraal station. Daar aangekomen moesten we nog wachten tot 17:00 uur tot het restaurant open ging. Het eten was vrij snel klaar en van goede kwaliteit. Vriendelijk personeel. Al met al toch een goede ervaring.
