Het eten was lekker maar mocht wel pittiger naar mijn mening

Heerlijk gegeten. Uiterst vriendelijke en snelle bediening. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Authentic Indonesian in a lovely modern atmosphere. We’ve eaten at a few Indonesian restaurants in Amsterdam and the food here was the most similar to what we enjoyed living in Southeast Asia. Highly recommended.

Good and tasty as always. I had the nasi/bami goreng with fried rice and it was delicious. Lots of people so make a reservation if you want to eat at prime time during weekends.

Excellent food, autentic taste. We allways eat rijstaafel, what is for 2 people and a good mix of tastes. Second visit and we enjoyed again.

Non friendly service and an average rice table at best

Rijsttafel was meer dan prima, echt lekker gegeten. Bediening was vriendelijk maar we moesten zeker in het begin lang wachten. Wellicht een idee om 1 extra bediende voor het weekend aan te nemen?

Food was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the rendang with our rijsttafel. Very popular place so you will have to wait a bit for service, but all the food coming out at once was well worth the wait.

Lekker eten, leuke bediening! Alleen de tafeltjes staan te dicht op elkaar met als resultaat dat het de andere gasten stoort, De sate kambing is een aanrader.

Really good indonesian food and nice staff. We took one of the rijstafeels and it was so much good food to share at a reasonable price.

We bestelden de meest uitgebreide ("Celebes") rijsttafel. Prima eten van verse producten, zij het in mijn ogen niet erg verrassende gerechten. Lempah Udang soep, onderdeel van de rijsttafel, was erg lekker. Bediening is uitstekend.

We hebben heerlijk Indonesisch gegeten bij Sampurna. De vegetarische rijsttafel was geweldig lekker en de bediening was heel vriendelijk. Dit restaurant s echt een aanrader.

Geurig Indisch eten. De saté kambing is lekkerder dan in Indonesië! het restaurant wordt gerund door leuke, aardige mensen. Je voelt je er snel thuis.

Delicious Indonesian food at decent prices. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and isn't overcrowded. The service wasn't bad but also wasn't completely on point.

Der Empfang war zwar nicht so erstklassig aber das hat sich schnell geändert. Ansonsten ist das Ambiente sehr gut, da nicht so überladen und das gedämpfte Licht sorgt für Behaglichkeit. Das Essen ist hervorragend, der Wein preisgünstig und gut. Immer wieder gerne

Sampurna Amsterdam Leuk maar beetje krap als er drie tafeltjes in de brete worden gezet. Eten vrij goed maar gado gado had een zeep smaak. Sate uitstekend!

Wij komen hier altijd erg graag en vinden het eten hier altijd erg goed. Je kunt hier echt lekker Indisch eten en het restaurant is beslist ook niet te toeristisch.

Voor de tweede keer maar nu met de jongens heerlijk gegeten, kon volgens de jongens nog wel pittiger. Het smaakte ons weer goed. Tot de volgende keer.

The BEST Indonesian Restaurant from all NL. Taste like Home Cooking. The staff are social and friendly. The atmosphere is AMAZING & LOVELY. If you go there, you will really feel like you are in Indonesia. I would suggest this restaurant to all thise who are tired of looking for the best Indonesian Cousine. This was my 3rd visit to them, and will always go to them.

Excellent dinner, great location, friendly staff. Sampurna offers authentic Indonesian food. Several rice tables are available, as well as a selection of dishes from the menu.

Big choice, Indonesian Ricedish dilicious, friendly staff, a piano player is there at the weekend - it was a good stay and we enjoyed food, drinks and the entertainment

We had a very good vegerarian rijkstaffel for two persons. The welcome was nice and thé service efficient, besides there is nice decoration. I highly recommend. Réservation necessary.

Lekker gegeten maar iets te pikant, geen advies op voorhand hierover gekregen. Veel te veel lawaai en te kleine tafels, Hectisch bij momenten. Correcte prijs.

The food was great (spicy though - probably not the best place if you have a problem with spicy) and the service was friendly and helpful. But they accept only cash!

Fantastisch lekker gegeten. De bediening was zeer attent en heel vriendelijk en dat, in combinatie met de hoge kwaliteit van het eten, maakte dat we een zeer geslaagde avond hadden. Ondanks de drukte werden we niet opgejaagd en konden we op ons gemak genieten. 'n Topervaring!

Menu was not clear. Your price list was confusing, many of your customer will go away because of this...they will not comeback to you. Food is mediocore however your staff is great. Putting in to your consideration that price list can't be double standard. Thanks

This survey should also be in English. The service was very good & several of the dishes were good. However the ‘spicy peanut’ sauce was not - it had a disagreeable taste. I was disappointed.

I didn't realise until we had arrived that I had eaten there 25years ago. It was excellent then and even better now. It would b good to get larger tables as our group of 4ordered 2 rijstafels and they barely fit on the table.

Sehr gutes essen, freundlicher u. schneller Service. Tische u. Sessel ,wie überall in Amsterdam, sehr eng gestellt. Hohes Preisniveau - man bekommt aber wirklich gute Qualität in zentraler Lage.

Fantastisch gegeten met een zeer vriendelijke bediening. De gerechten zijn zeer smaakvol en rijk aan kruiden. Ik kom zeker terug. Dit is een restaurant op een toeristische plek maar met een hoge kwaliteit.

De eerste keer per toeval tegen aan gelopen, wederom goed en lekker gegeten. De Gado Gado en verschillende satés zijn een aanrader! Personeel is heel vriendelijk.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten in dit fijne restaurant. De rijsttafels zijn goed uitgebalanceerd. De kaart biedt voldoende keuze en is niet te groot. We waren hier voor de tweede keer en komen zeker terug!

Uitstekende service en eten, en net genoeg om ons te bevredigen zonder veel te verspillen. We hebben genoten van onze Celebes Rijsttafel zeer. Heerlijk aanbevolen!

So far, still the best rendang found the Amsterdam. The rest of the rijstafel is just as good. Attentive and friendly staff and quick service too.

I thought that it was a little bit pricey for the amount of food given, but everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was great.

While the restaurant was a bit crowded, the food was good, service was excellent. Location is also very favorable, right in the Flower Market. Prices are also reasonable. Finally, while the food is spicy, it is far from overpowering.

Heerlijk gegeten, vlotte bediening en super vriendelijke mensen. Elk jaar als wij naar Amsterdam komen voor een paar dagen gaan wij daar eten. Volgend jaar weer!

Sampurna was a wonderful restaurant, with lovely, restful decor and great food. We had the Sate dish plus the Risstafel plates. The flavors were varied and all very good, if a bit spicy. There was plenty of food and included some salad and rice. The prices did not include service, which was unusual ( perhaps not for Netherlands). That made it a pricey meal, but it was a special experience. I would definitely recommend it.

great food delivered very quickly. nice people too. behind the flower market in centre of town so it's easy to find. prices reasonable. we would recommend this place. May 2017

Het is een knus en Sfeervol restaurant midden in het drukke centrum, wij hebben heerlijke gerechten gegeten en zijn geholpen door vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader na een dagje shoppen/ slenteren in de mooie stad.

Uitstekend eten en prettige bediening. We werden goed geadviseerd over de mogelijkheden die als maaltijd konden worden aangeboden. Gewoon een goed en rustig restaurant. Compliment!

Awesome food. Great taste. The staff is very welcoming. The decoration of the restaurant is design and cosy. Also to mention, the place is super clean (restrooms). Don't hesitate to go there and (re)discover indonesian food!

Everything was great. We enjoyed the food and the location next to the flower market was ideal. The service was good, and our table was ready for us when we arrived.
