Heerlijk eten, sfeer is gooed helaas was de bediening vandaag nieg in een top humeur.

I had made a reservation so all was good when we arrived. We are returning guests so we know what it was like in the past however it was overloaded FULL, and very hectic! Extremely loud with running children in the restaurant(!) which is parents responsibility however not pleasant. We ordered drinks first and our ice tea came with a straw! And the beer was so full it left a beer trail while being served. Then we ordered 4 dishes: the french fries were hardly cooked so they were returned, the salad had chicken which we didn't order - so returned, but new blond server forgot to re-enter the order in the system so all other dished came individually and salad we had to ask for (to find out later it was forgotten to).... Also the gyoza was baked with black oil marks that had to be removed with napkins (as I didn't want to complain more we left it - but not very tasty and normal (not used to this bad quality & service). What a pitty! I mentioned our disappointment when paying the bill but all the girl could say is that all 3 waiters were new. What a shame as it was one of our favorite places at Stadshart.

Takeichi is a restaurant I live coming back to. The dishes are wonderful and the staff is really friendly!

Unfortunately, there was a party at the restaurant, and it was extremely loud. We could not have a conversation or hear one another. In case a big party is planned at the restaurant, it is only fair to inform other customers about it, as we would have come on a different day/time to avoid the loud commotion.

Gewoon gezellig en heerlijk gegeten! Altijd leuk daar met heel vriendelijke bediening!
