Passed by this place many times. Thought I would give it try, and was surprised at how delicious it was. Ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen, with egg noodles. The broth and spice was on point. Will definitely eat here again!

Very nice decor and seating area. But don’t be fooled. When ordering I asked for options that don’t have pork in it because I can’t eat pork. He told me he can do one with tofu. I told him great and he got on his way. I ended up being served a tofu ramen WITH PORK BROTH... unbelievable, I ended up having an allergic reaction and having to call 911 (112). Our waiter/host simply said “Oh sorry” and had us pay for the whole meal. Please never eat here!! Worst restaurant experience I have had so far :(

Super vriendelijke gastheer die rustig de tijd nam om ons uit te leggen hoe je moet bestellen. We hebben er super lekker gegeten! Het is een klein fijn zaakje wat leuk ingericht is en een gaaf uitzicht heeft op het water. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar! Tot de volgende keer (:
Great food, quick preparation and serving. Respectful staff. Only mild issue was that it took a while before the order was taken - we could have done with a drink a bit earlier. The food made us forget all of that however. My go to noodle bar in Amsterdam from now on - authentic taste and generous portion sizes.
An treu Japanese experience in Amsterdam also the kimchi is excellent as the owner is half Japanese/Korean its new on the zeedijk and a real win for Amsterdam
Chashu was veel te hard en te koud. Noodles zijn niet geschikt voor Tonkotsu soep, die op zich goed was. Kikurage ontbrak er. Hopelijk beter volgende keer !
